May 11, 2015, Vancouver and Kamloops, British Columbia -- Constantia Resources Ltd. ("Constantia") is pleased to announce it has signed a Clean Energy Opportunities Agreement (the "Agreement") with the Whispering Pines/Clinton Indian Band ("Whispering Pines").

Constantia Resources and High Bar First Nation Hold Signing Ceremony to Celebrate Cooperation and Benefits Agreement
February 2nd, 2015, Clinton, British Columbia - Constantia Resources Ltd. ("Constantia") and the High Bar First Nation participated in a signing ceremony in Clinton, British Columbia to celebrate the signing of a Cooperation and Benefits Agreement ("Agreement"). The Agreement was signed on December 22, 2014 regarding development of the Maggie Copper-Molybdenum mine project located between Cache Creek and Clinton. The Agreement provides High Bar First Nation with various economic opportunities and financial benefits, helps facilitate regulatory approvals and provides a long-term framework for communication and cooperation.

Ten Local Residents Complete Constantia Resources-sponsored Drill Core Technician Training
Constantia Resources Ltd. ("Constantia") is pleased to announce that ten students from the Clinton, Cache Creek and Aschroft region have successfully completed a week long Drill Core Technician Program. The program, sponsored and funded by Constantia, was delivered November 4-8 in partnership with Northwest Community College School of Exploration & Mining (NWCC SEM).
